Professor Cohen practiced law in Boston with the firm of Bingham, Dana & Gould and in Hartford with the firm of Day, Berry & Howard L.L.P. before joining the faculty in 1982. She litigated cases involving a variety of corporate and commercial issues. Her scholarly writing has been in the area of intellectual property with publications in the Cardozo Art and Entertainment Journal, the Hastings Law Journal, and the Villanova Law Review. Professor Cohen retired from the faculty in 2014.
