If you are looking to continue your active lifestyle at Western New England University, consider joining one of our recreation clubs! Beyond club sports and our breadth of intramural opportunities, you'll have the ability to get involved within Student Involvement and Leadership.

  • Cheerleading

    Cheer on WNE!

    If you want to cheer on your classmates and basketball games, football games, and other on-campus events, the cheerleading team is for you!

  • Outing Club

    Get Out There!

    The Outing Club takes a trip off-campus every month. Previous trips include hiking Mount Tom, skiing at Berkshire East, apple picking, Storrs Adventure Park, and many more!

  • Rugby

    Hit the Pitch!

    Rugby is our only inter-collegiate club sport. Play against rival schools with your teammates at our on-campus rugby pitch, or away at regional competitions.

  • Student Athletic Advisory Committee

    SAAC

    Each of our varsity NCAA Division III teams is represented within the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. SAAC is responsible for advocating for the student-athlete experience at Western New England University.
