Designed to meet the needs of working professionals, non-traditional students, and individuals unable to commute to campus, JD Access offers an accessible and flexible legal education rooted in the study of the impact of law and people and society.

JD Access provides a legal education that emphasizes law and inequality, access to justice, experiential learning, and pro bono service. Students will gain the skills and knowledge to advocate for clients across all areas of legal practice, including civil rights, immigration reform, environmental justice, criminal defense, family law, and more, building on WNE Law's strong tradition of public service and advocacy.
This part-time evening program is tailored for students who require a non-traditional pathway to earning a JD. Whether you’re balancing a career, family obligations, or geographical limitations, JD Access combines online learning with limited in-person residencies to help you achieve your goals without compromising your current commitments.
