As part of this process, WittKieffer will facilitate a series of listening sessions for faculty, staff, and students. Open forums will also be held via Zoom (links will be shared soon). We strongly encourage your participation so that the Search Committee and search firm can hear your perspectives on:
- The Agenda for the Next President – What key opportunities and challenges lie ahead for WNE?
- Ideal Candidate Profile – What qualifications, qualities, and attributes are most important for our next president’s success?
- Points of Pride – What makes you most proud to be part of the WNE community, and what might inspire a candidate to join us?
