Due to weather conditions, Western New England University will operate on a delayed start tomorrow. 

Students

Classes scheduled before 11:00 a.m. will not meet in person. At the discretion of faculty, some morning classes may transition to remote learning; faculty will communicate directly with students regarding any adjustments.

Classes scheduled to begin at or after 11:00 a.m. will operate on a normal schedule unless otherwise communicated by the instructor.

Please use caution when traveling to campus and allow additional time for your commute. Facilities teams will continue to monitor conditions and prepare campus walkways and parking areas.

Quantitative economics is an ideal complement for a math, computer science, or Engineering major, as well as for any Business student who has calculus. Mathematical and statistical skills are at a premium in the worlds of business, government, and the non-profit sector, and the Economics substance of this minor will focus on issues that affect all of our lives. You’ll learn calculus, quantitative economics, issues in contemporary economics, macroeconomics, and microeconomics.
