Graduate Student Visits

Whether you will be pursuing an advanced degree full-time or part-time or even entirely online, it is important for you to get to know our campus and members of our learning community. A visit to campus provides a firsthand opportunity to meet personally with our Admissions counselors and explore our facilities and resources for graduate and doctoral students.

On-Campus Visit Guidelines

We welcome prospective students and their families to visit our beautiful campus! For the safety of you, our welcomed guests, and the WNE community, we have established guidelines and expectations for your visit after careful review of recommendations from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We ask that our visitors familiarize themselves with the guidelines below prior to visiting campus. To learn more about case numbers and travel information pertaining to Massachusetts, please visit https://www.mass.gov/resource/information-on-the-outbreak-of-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19.

Information Sessions

Throughout the year, we offer Graduate Information Sessions prior to the start of new terms and we are also happy to accommodate individual visits. Representatives from our Colleges and the Admissions Office will be available to answer questions and assist you with choosing a program that suits your educational career goals.

Individual appointments

Visit any time! The Admissions Office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Tuesday-Thursday until 6:00 p.m. Schedule an appointment online to talk with an admissions representative via the phone or Zoom:

Online Chat Sessions

All of our graduate pages on the University website include a blue and white chat icon located in the lower right-hand corner of the page. You can click on this icon to begin a live chat session with a representative from Graduate Admissions. The opportunity for a live chat session will typically be available during the week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. We will also schedule lunch time and evening chats throughout the year. Dates/times are TBA.
