WHAT IS ZOOM?
Zoom is a cloud-based communications system that supports telephone and voicemail service, video and audio conferencing, webinars, live chats, screen-sharing, and more. Zoom is fully licensed for use by WNE faculty, staff, and students.
ZOOM PHONE INFORMATION:
The Zoom application should already be installed on your computer. If it is not, contact the OIT Service Desk at 413-796-2200, email at helpdesk@wne.edu, or create a work order from Connect2U.
When you launch Zoom you'll notice an icon for the Phone feature on the top navigation bar.

RETRIEVING VOICEMAIL MESSAGES IN ZOOM:
Select "Phone" from the top navigation bar and then select "Voicemail" just below the navigation bar on the left side.
To delete voicemail messages, right click on the message and then select "Delete".
