The Western New England University Alumni Association works to keep alumni connected, informed and engaged, while advancing the priorities of the University. In 2018, the Association is launching a number of new initiatives designed to:
- Enhance communication with alumni and students.
- Connect alumni with one another through events, programs and volunteer activities.
- Support alumni and students in their career development.
The Alumni Association Board of Directors is actively seeking alumni who want to help shape the experience of WNE alumni and students to serve on the following committees: Career Development, Communications, and Engagement. Committees meet monthly (in person or by phone/online), and you do not need to be a member of the Board to be on a committee.
The Board of Directors is also accepting nominations/applications for up to ten Members-at-Large. Elections will be held in May. The Board meets four times per year, and members are elected to two-year terms. Alumni interested in joining the Board of Directors will have an opportunity to learn more at a series of Meet & Greet events throughout the region later this year.
