Western New England University’s Brenda Garton-Sjoberg, and her husband, John Sjoberg, were recently celebrated at the Rotary Club of West Springfield’s Service Above Self luncheon. Known for her deep commitment to education and outreach, Professor Garton-Sjoberg actively fosters literacy and supports underserved populations through her work. Garton-Sjoberg is director of the Institute for Media and Non-Profit Communication. She has shared her skills and talents as a professional educator of communication at Western New England University since 2001.
