Western New England University (WNEU) College of Business is set to host Future of Work Week from February 24-28, 2025, a comprehensive initiative designed to equip students with the skills and insights needed to thrive in an evolving, technology-driven global business landscape.
Throughout the week, faculty across all business disciplines will incorporate specialized discussions into their curriculum, covering key topics such as the future of digital marketing, the rapidly expanding field of FinTech, the impact of artificial intelligence on small businesses, managing a remote workforce, and the long-term effects of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policies on college sports. The highlight of the week will be a panel discussion featuring accomplished alumni working in business analytics and technology across various industries, scheduled for Thursday, February 27, at 11:00 AM.

In collaboration with the College of Business, the D'Amour Library will feature a curated collection of premier business and leadership books, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and a growth mindset in preparing for the Future of Work.
Additionally, the Delbridge Career Center will offer several specialized programs, including:
“Network Like a Pro” Workshop – Tuesday, February 25, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Delbridge Career Center. This session will teach students essential networking skills, including room navigation, conversation starters, and dining etiquette.
LinkedIn Workshop – Friday, February 28, from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. at the Delbridge Career Center in the Welcome Center, focusing on personal brand development and profile optimization.
Virtual Information Sessions – Hosted through the Handshake platform, featuring leading employers such as EY, United Healthcare, and Deloitte.
