Dual Degree Opportunities: MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences

WNE College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences PharmD Students

Students enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy program are eligible to apply for admission to the Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS) degree program during their first year in the PharmD program (PY1), after January 1. Applications should be submitted by March 1, so as to have adequate time for academic advising and fall course selection.

Pursuing both degrees together will save time and money, as pursuing both degrees together will save you a year of academics and more than $33,000 in tuition.

BS in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Health Sciences, and Neuroscience Majors

Students in good standing in these majors are eligible to apply for admission to the Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree program during their junior year after January 1. Students enrolling through this pathway can potentially earn the graduate degree in as little as one additional year after earning their BS degree.
