Unlocking the Mysteries of the Mind

The Department of Neuroscience houses one of the most research-intensive programs on campus. In intentionally small classes, our students gain hands-on experience in the Neuroscience laboratory suite where they study the functions of the brain and nervous systems. With an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, students may pursue careers in the health sciences, clinical and research laboratories in various areas of science, or may choose to represent the scientific world in mainstream writing and media.

Undergraduate Neuroscience students can tailor their academic experience to their specific interests and career goals through our dual degree programs—a new opportunity to continue their education at Western New England in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences:
