Campus Center

The Student Hub is a centralized, comprehensive student support system providing students with access to resources and information pertinent to their academic, social-emotional, and personal success.

Physically located on the second floor of the St. Germain Campus Center, the Student Hub houses the offices of Student Life, Dean of Students, University Advising, and Academic Success Center. Visit the Student Hub to ask questions and make appointments with these offices. Enjoy a snack or a beverage while waiting for your meeting. Throughout the week, various departments will offer drop-in services within the Student Hub, such as Financial Aid, Office of Informational Technology, Student Accounts/Billing, Career Services, etc. Use the common space of the Student Hub to meet with friends and study between classes.

The Campus Center is staffed around the clock to assist all visitors. Building Managers are located in the Information Center and are happy to help with all of your setup needs and answer any questions you may have. Stop by and visit them on the first floor of the Campus Center.

The Campus Center offers a wide range of programming and services. The building is essentially a "one-stop shop" where all visitors can get resources and support from the Student Hub, stop by the bookstore, and visit many different offices. Are you looking for a spot to host your next meeting? Look no further. The Campus Center has meeting spaces for various group sizes. In need of programming space? Our large event spaces (formerly Dining Rooms A & B), conference rooms, mall area, and game room are great spaces to hold your next event.

Reserve spaces for meetings, activities, and events

The Bear Necessities Market is an on-campus food pantry for students facing food insecurity. Student Assistants staff the market during the academic year, but the market is always accessible with a Campus Center Building Manager beyond regular staffed hours.

Students are able to visit the market once a week and pack one shopping bag with essential food items and other supplies stocked in the market. The market operates at a level of anonymity: market guests are issued a non-identifying market card so usage can be tracked, but they are not asked to present their school or any other form of ID. The Market operates on donations from the WNE community, including regular donations of non-perishables and fresh produce from our campus food supplier and caterer, Aramark. Additionally, the market endeavors to provide toiletry items, some school supplies, small household items, and local grocery store gift cards as often as possible. The market does not carry shoes or clothing.

The University Bookstore not only has your course textbooks available for sale or rent, but also a wide variety of school and residence hall supplies to help you stay on track with your studies. While you’re there, don’t forget to pick up your Golden Bear gear to show your Western New England University pride. From sweatshirts to t-shirts, blankets, and water bottles, they're the place for everything blue and gold.

Bookstore

Looking for a place to have some fun and catch up with friends between classes or at the end of the day? The game room has grown! We now offer billiards, board games, foosball, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Wii, and ping pong. A valid WNE ID is required to check out all equipment. The game room is open daily from 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
