St. Germain Campus Center
The Campus Center is the center of activity for students, faculty, staff, and guests of Western New England University. Centrally located on our beautiful campus, the Campus Center is easily accessible from any point on campus. It is the home of the University Bookstore; campus mailboxes; a game room with two billiards tables, ping pong and air hockey tables and arcade games; meeting rooms of various sizes; programming spaces, the Golden Bear Clubs and Organizations Resource Center; as well as most offices within the Division of Student Affairs. Our facility enhances the quality of student life, supports co-curricular activities, and contributes to the University's core values by providing: Student-Centered Learning; A Sense of Community; the Cultivation of a Pluralistic Society; a Commitment to Academic, Professional, and Community Service; as well as Stewardship of our Campus.

The Campus Center is staffed around the clock to assist all visitors. Building Supervisors are located in the Information Center and are happy to help with all of your setup needs and answer any questions you may have. Stop by and visit them on the first floor of the Campus Center.

The Campus Center offers a wide range of programming and services. The building is essentially a "one-stop-shop" where all visitors can check their mail, stop by the bookstore, and visit many different offices. Are you looking for a spot to host your next meeting? Look no further. The Campus Center has meeting spaces for various group sizes. In need of programming space? Our large event spaces (formerly Dining Rooms A & B), conference rooms, mall area, and game room are great spaces to hold your next event. Bear Necessities Market
On -Campus Food Pantry
The Bear Necessities Market is an on-campus food pantry for students facing food insecurity and hunger. Student Assistants staff the market during the academic year and can be accessible with a Campus Center Building Supervisor after staffing hours. Students are able to pack a shopping bag with essential food items once per week anonymously. In addition to non-perishables and donations stocked in the market, the Division of Student Affairs has partnered with our campus food supplier and caterer, Aramark, to provide fresh produce. Additionally, the market has toiletry items and local grocery store gift cards for students to take each week as well.

University Bookstore
The University Bookstore not only has your course textbooks available for sale or rent, but also a wide variety of school and residence hall supplies to help you stay on track with your studies. While you’re there, don’t forget to pick up your Golden Bear gear to show your Western New England University pride. From sweatshirts to t-shirts, blankets, and water bottles, they're the place for everything blue and gold. Get started!

Game Room
Looking for a place to have some fun and catch up with friends between classes or at the end of the day? The game room has grown! We now offer billiards, air hockey, arcade games, board games, foosball, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Wii, and ping pong. A valid WNE ID is required to check out all equipment.
The game room is open daily from 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Art Gallery
Explore Your Creative Side
The Art Gallery hosts various local artists' exhibits throughout the fall and spring semesters. Each artist has the opportunity to display their work, have a "Gallery Opening Reception," and host a "Gallery Talk" about their art. In addition to showcasing the works of award-winning artists, the gallery also provides students the opportunity to exhibit their own works of art and photography. The Art Gallery is conveniently located inside the portico entrance on the first floor of the St. Germain Campus Center and is open between the months of September and May during the following hours:
Monday: 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
