Consistency is essential to Western New England University’s efforts to build and sustain a brand identity — one that captures our character and expresses our mission. One that is accurate and resonates with our student, alumni, and community audiences. The perceptions of our content consumers directly affect the University’s ability to uphold its long-standing tradition of excellence.

The Division of Marketing & External Affairs has established guidelines regarding the language we use and the application of our trademarked logos and institutional identifiers. These guidelines are resources for campus communicators and media publishers to accurately represent WNE with its official standards.

The guidelines, policies, and practices below should be closely adhered to for all University communications. It is recommended that Marketing & External Affairs be consulted when publishing materials bearing the University seal and/or logo.
