Navigating the Digital Landscape

Social media emerges as a pivotal resource in advancing the visibility and influence of our offices, departments, organizations, and teams at Western New England University (WNE). We wholeheartedly embrace and advocate for the extensive opportunities it presents for communication and engagement. The strategic use of social media within our various departments and teams significantly enhances our unified brand, showcases our accomplishments, and cultivates a strong sense of community among our stakeholders.

Western New England University Social Media Accounts (WNE Social Media Accounts):

Adhering to the guidelines outlined below will assist managers of various social media accounts in establishing a successful online presence while steering clear of potential issues.

The Division of Marketing & External Affairs at WNE maintains a current record of all WNE Social Media Accounts, including login details for emergency use. Those who manage an active social media account will still need to verify account details, administrator contacts, and login information with the Division. Ensure that at least one member of the Division of Marketing & External Affairs is designated as an admin on any Facebook page. Additionally, please take note of our Social Media Policy, as the general guidelines for running accounts are below.
