Color of Law Series to Host Assistant District Attorney A. Clarissa Wright

The School of Law will host A. Clarissa Wright ('99), Assistant District Attorney Hampden County District Attorney's Office, on Thursday, November 1, at 12:00 noon in the Blake Law Center Faculty Lounge, as part of the School's Color of Law Discussion Series.

Attorney Wright has been practicing law for over 16 years. She previously owned and operated her own law practice in Worcester County, as well as worked for a private law firm out of Norwood, MA. Attorney Wright received her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 1999 and her B.A. in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University.

The Color of Law series is designed for Western New England University law students to learn from attorneys, professionals, and judges of color. The series provides students an opportunity to network with people of color from the legal community and learn about various career paths.
