This summer marks the return of Western New England University's Pre-college Summer Enrichment Programs offering unique career explorations for high school students. High school students can explore STEM topics and career paths, guided by industry experts who will advise participants on a personal level.
Programs have a hands-on philosophy that allows students to discover new ideas, dive deeper into their interests, and take a glimpse into what the future may hold for them. Students will come away from this exciting experience with meaningful knowledge, an invigorated focus, and a new network of like-minded peers.

CSI: Western New England
Trial Skills
Music Production and the Coding Behind It I & II
Introduction to STEM and Robotics
"This is an outstanding opportunity for high school students to get hands-on experience in a specific field," says Judy Curran, associate director for public relations and coordinator of the summer program offerings. "Our goal is to encourage these exceptional young minds to consider STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) majors as they focus their attention on entering college."
Classes run weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Session I takes place August 5 - 9. Session II will take place the following week August 12 - 16. Students are encouraged to take classes in one or both sessions. All programs will be held on the Western New England University campus.
