The WNE School of Law will host "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Identifying Implicit or Unconscious Bias," a Lunch and Learn presentation, facilitated by School of Law Professor Dr. Bridgette Baldwin, on Wednesday, October 11 at 12:00 noon in Room C of the Blake Law Center. Implicit or unconscious bias exists in all workplace settings therefore it is important to understand the impact on the community. The presentation will explore these topics, discuss how these biases can impact choices we make, and conclude with best practices to eliminate bias in decision-making. Participants are welcomed and encouraged to bring a lunch as these critical DEI issues are discussed.
