Western New England University's College of Engineering is thrilled to announce its participation in Engineers Week 2024, running from February 19th to February 23rd. Sponsored by KEEN, Engineers Week is a nationwide initiative founded by the National Society of Professional Engineers aimed at celebrating the significant contributions engineers make to society and inspiring the next generation of engineering professionals.
Throughout the week, the College of Engineering will host a series of engaging events designed to showcase the exciting world of engineering and foster interest among students and the wider community.
"We are excited to celebrate Engineers Week and showcase the innovative work happening within our College of Engineering," said Dr. Mike Rust, professor of Biomedical Engineering. "This is an opportunity for us to highlight the impact engineers have on shaping our world and to inspire the next generation of problem solvers and innovators."
