Western New England University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences partners with AMR Springfield to provide a 6-week EMS course during the summer that will qualify you to sit for state certification.

Benefits of the course

  • Credits can be used in Health Science, Health Studies, and any Pharmacy programs
  • Earn clinical patient contact hours that are required for any post-graduate health professions programs (ex. PA)

For current WNE students, the course number is EMS 110.

For all non-matriculated WNE students, please apply through WNE.

Online Application for Admissions–Non-Degree Study

100% pass rate on the in-college final exam (5 years running)
100% pass rate on the State of Massachusetts/National Registry Practical Stations Exam
