Purchasing Card

The Campus Procard

Western New England University has a campus credit card program in conjunction with Bank of America. The campus ProCard is designed to improve efficiency in purchasing, as well as be used for University-related travel.

A request can be made by a department head or manager to the Director of Accounts Payable to obtain a ProCard, or for card limit adjustments and temporary increases. Please refer to the Purchasing Card User's Guide linked below, as well as in the Forms, Policies, and Procedures section, for specifics on card usage and limitations.

The Director of Accounts Payable is also the Card Program Administrator, and provides support and assistance to cardholders and campus departments regarding card-related questions and issues, as well as distributes and processes new card applications, changes and updates in cardholder information, and schedules all training.
