The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is the premiere honorary supported by the leading international organization advocating for the interests and welfare of residence hall students, while also providing opportunities for their personal growth and development. NRHH strives to provide recognition for individuals who have contributed to the advancement of college and university housing. It ensures the advancement of member chapters through resource sharing, programming, and leadership development opportunities to contribute and support the vision of the National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Incorporated. The Western New England University Maureen Keizer Chapter of NRHH sponsors many events on campus and recognizes and promotes exemplary student leaders, their leadership, and their service across the campus and in the greater Springfield community via the regionally and nationally recognized “Of The Month” awards.
The Residence Hall Association advocates for and promotes the interests and desires of resident students. RHA's goal is to establish meaningful connections between residents in the different WNE residential facilities and offer students with University, local, regional and national leadership opportunities. RHA also supports, coordinates, and sponsors educational, social, and community-service oriented substance-free programming opportunities for resident students and the University community.
Each residential community has its own Hall Council; Berkshire, Commonwealth, Evergreen/Southwood, Franklin, Gateway, Hampden, LaRiviere, and Windham.
