The Sport Management program is the largest undergraduate major in the College of Business. Opportunity and versatility are two reasons that draw students to the Department of Sport Management to earn their BSBA degree. Watch a video about their experiences.

Through the Sport Management major, students gain a solid business foundation that can lead in many directions, from scouting for the NFL to being a producer for ESPN. Our impressive alumni roster reveals the many exciting career paths our graduates have taken in this exciting and rewarding multibillion-dollar industry.

Leveraging the strengths of Western New England University’s expertise in sport management and leadership education, the Master of Science in Sport Leadership and Coaching is a game-changing program. The 30-credit program offers two cohort tracks in Athletic Administration and Athletic Coaching. The program is taught by expert faculty from the Department of Sport Management and nationally renowned Klein Group Instrument (KGI®) leadership creator Dr. Robert Klein.

Center for International Sport Business

As sport is a global industry, we help out students enhance their worldview through the Center for International Sport Business (CISB). The Center invites sport figures from around the world to speak on campus. It also sponsors seminar trips to international sporting events around the world. Past trips have included the Olympics Games and the FIFA World Cup, with new events and destinations for the future!
