Professional Certificate in Enterprise Systems

This program is for participants who want to upskill and learn how enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are used to integrate an organization’s processes and eliminate information silos. Using the industry’s leading ERP system, SAP S/4HANA participants gain practical experience on how to translate the business processes, such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay from concepts to workflows and actual inputs that the enterprise users in the different departments input into the ERP system. By completing the courses in this module participants gain an enterprise view of how a modern organization functions and how new tools like SAP Signavio may be integrated with the ERP system to implement agentic AI solutions for the call centers or claims processing centers, as well as digital twinning solutions for the factory floor. The courses are taught by a team of experienced faculty at Western New England University who have been using SAP for in-class exercises in the curriculum for courses on business process, operations management, information systems, and project management for more than two decades.

Each course in this program may be taken individually for a stackable certificate. Upon successful completion of any five (5) courses in the program, participants will be awarded a Professional Certificate in Enterprise Systems
