Can We Share Our Screen?
University faculty and staff may, from time to time, require the use of a loaner laptop.
OIT provides loaner laptops to individuals based on the following general guidelines:
- OIT has a limited pool of loaner laptops available for University faculty and staff to use
- Loaner laptops are available on a first-come first-served basis
- Loaner laptops are available for a maximum period of one semester and may not be requested for consecutive semesters
- Loaner laptops are NOT to be used for long term needs
- Loaner laptops will be re-imaged and data erased upon return to OIT
- A signed loaner laptop request form must be completed prior to receiving the device
- Loaner laptops not returned will be charged to the requesting department (as noted on the signed form)
