Western New England University held its 46th Annual Cocurricular Award Ceremony virtually on May 1 recognizing those students who have distinguished themselves within the area of cocurricular involvement.
The Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development annually coordinates the Cocurricular Awards ceremony marking the culmination of a year of student programming and community service by over 70 active clubs and organizations at Western New England University. From a pool of over 80 deserving nominated students, 19 were selected to receive the prestigious Cocurricular Award.
"This was a wonderfully orchestrated event to honor and recognize our impressive student leaders," said Dr. Jeanne Hart-Steffes, Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students. "Congratulations to all of our student leaders and thank you to the families, faculty, and staff, especially Melissa Lambert, interim director in the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development, for making this tradition a reality in this unique and historic environment."
