Western New England University Joins the New American Colleges and Universities Consortium

Western New England University (WNE) announces it is joining the New American Colleges and Universities (NACU), a network of forward-thinking institutions committed to integrating liberal arts, professional studies, and civic responsibility.

"Becoming a member of the New American Colleges and Universities consortium is a natural fit for Western New England University as we strive to remain agile among institutions of higher learning," said Robert Johnson, president of Western New England University. "This partnership will open new doors for our students and faculty, driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and deepening our commitment to civic engagement. We are energized by the opportunities that NACU membership offers our institution."

As a member of NACU, WNE will benefit from numerous opportunities, including collaborative research initiatives, professional development for faculty and staff, and innovative student programs such as the Washington Internship Institute, and online course sharing opportunities.
