WNE PharmD: Are You Ready?
All applicants must complete the prerequisite requirements, earning a grade of “C-” or above, at an accredited college or university prior to matriculation into the professional program at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The minimum prerequisite GPA is 2.70.
Applicants who have not completed a bachelor’s degree or higher: Must complete a minimum of 48 college credits (2 years of full-time study) including the following prerequisite coursework:

Applicants who have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher with a GPA of 2.70 or higher: must complete the prerequisite coursework oulined in the chart below. Additional coursework based on the required course chart above is recommended and may be required by the admissions committee on a case-by-case basis. Applicants with a GPA lower than 2.70 are required to complete the full list of prerequisite coursework listed above.

Course equivalency sheets have been established for all two-year and four-year colleges in the greater Springfield area, as well as throughout Massachusetts. Course equivalency sheets are also available for select colleges in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York.
