Western New England University is pleased to offer campus housing for law students in the Gateway Village apartment complex. The capacity of an apartment varies from one to three residents.

Graduate Housing

Housing Application

On-campus housing applications are currently being accepted. If living on-campus is a priority for you, we encourage you to submit your application and deposit as soon as possible. You can find out more information, including pricing, on the Graduate Housing page. Graduate housing placements are limited. They are assigned on a first-come first-served basis. You will be placed on the list according to the date that your completed housing application and deposit are received by our Office of Residence Life. Should all places fill up, you will be placed on a waitlist in the same order. In the past, many incoming law students who were on the housing waitlist were able to secure an on-campus placement.

Housing Deposit

Please note that your seat deposit, described above, is a separate deposit from the on-campus housing deposit discussed here. In order to be fair to all applicants, you must submit your seat deposit and secure a seat in the class before you will be allowed to hold an on-campus housing assignment. If you prefer to live on-campus, you must submit both your seat deposit(s) and a housing deposit.

Off-Campus Housing

Affordable, convenient housing options are available off-campus for both admitted and current students.
