UPS

Mail Services processes UPS shipments daily. Departments must contact Mail Services by 2:00 p.m. to arrange for pick-up to meet the UPS campus pick-up time. All necessary forms, envelopes, and boxes for shipping via UPS are available at Mail Services. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box—it must be an address. If you cannot make the deadline, there is a drop box located outside Mail Services at the Campus Utility Building (CUB). UPS delivers and picks up daily.

UPS offers different delivery options, including International. If you have questions on how to ship via UPS, review the Service Guide (U.S.) for details, visit their website www.ups.com, or contact Mail Services to assist you with your envelope or package to arrive at its destination on time. Faculty, Staff, and Students mailing an envelope or package via UPS for personal business, must fill out a Western New England University Mail Services Agreement at Mail Services' window.

Express Critical - Seven days a week, 365 days a year, on-time delivery to 50 states and Puerto Rico - pending available flights.

Next Day Air Early - Next day by 8:00 a.m. in 48 contiguous states or by 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. to most cities including Anchorage, Alaska. Extra charge for Saturday pickup and delivery in selected locations.

Next Day Air - Next day delivery by 10:30 a.m.-12:00 noon or end of day pending on location (all 50 states, Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii). Extra charge for Saturday pickup and delivery in selected locations.

Next Day Air Saver - For commercial locations delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. where Next Day Air is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon. For residential locations next business by end of day.

2nd Day Air A.M. - For most commercial locations 2nd business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon. Not available for residential locations and limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.  Extra charge for Saturday pickup and delivery in selected locations.

2nd Day Air - Flexibility next day delivery in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Extra charge for Saturday pickup and delivery in selected locations.

3 Day Select - For the less time sensitive third business day deliveries in 48 contiguous states with up to three delivery attempts. No Saturday pickup or delivery.

Ground - Most cost-effective delivery done in one to five days in all 50 states and Puerto Rico with no Saturday pickup or delivery.
