You've Got Mail
Mail Services supports the University community by using state-of-the-art technology to enhance the distribution of written communication. We are part of the division of the Office of Finance and Administration.
Mail Services collects and distributes campus mail, delivers incoming mail, FedEx and USPS shipments, overnight express packages, and processes outgoing mail and parcels. We are a UPS drop-off site for prepaid labels.
Campus mail is sent from one department to another or to faculty and student mailboxes and is considered internal mail. Mail between departments and faculty should be placed in interdepartmental mail envelopes.
The delivery and pick-up of campus mail is done between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you have a special request, call Mail Services at 413-782-1509.
